School-Based Services
Student Group Career Guidance and Assessment (End-of-Term)
In-person, group-based career guidance and assessment delivered at schools, typically scheduled toward the end of school terms. These groups support students in exploring strengths, interests, academic direction, and career pathways within a structured and developmentally appropriate group setting. Delivery is arranged through scheduled visits to schools across selected locations.
Student Group Wellbeing Programmes (Term-Based)
Ongoing, closed-group wellbeing sessions offered during the school term, typically held before school hours. These groups run for 6–8 sessions per term and focus on emotional awareness, self-regulation, stress management, boundaries, and peer dynamics. Group wellbeing therapy is offered to fixed partner schools locally.
Staff Wellbeing and Professional Support Groups (Term-Based)
Structured, facilitated group sessions designed to support educators and school staff in managing occupational stress, emotional load, and relational demands within the school environment. These groups focus on regulation, reflection, and professional sustainability and are offered as short-term series or term-based engagements, depending on school needs.
Approach and Standards
All school-based programmes are delivered according to the following standards:
Preventative in focus
Age-appropriate and voluntary
Conducted within clearly defined limits of confidentiality
Aligned with safeguarding and ethical practice requirements
Delivery is structured, contained, and respectful of the school’s systems, culture, and leadership framework. Collaboration with school leadership ensures services are integrated appropriately and remain clearly within scope.
Victory Within Schools is the education-focused division of the practice, providing structured, preventative group wellbeing programmes for students and school staff.
Programmes are designed to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, resilience, and relational skills within a contained group setting. The work is non-diagnostic and does not constitute clinical, statutory, or remedial mental health treatment.
All sessions are facilitated by a practitioner formally trained in psychology, education, and group facilitation, with direct experience across school and university environments. Programmes operate in partnership with existing school support structures, and where concerns arise outside the scope of preventative group work, appropriate referral pathways are followed in line with safeguarding procedures and school policy.
Victory Within™ Schools currently delivers programmes across South Africa and selected international locations, with availability subject to scheduling and partnership agreements.
